I used this as a Post Partum undergarment and it was wonderful. My ppw was 126 lbs and I gained a whopping 60 lbs. I wasn't sure which size to get, so I bought a medium. At first it was a bit uncomfortable and tight, but now 5 weeks postpartum, I am purchasing the small and I haven't even started to exercise. This undergarment really helps support your abs. After I had my baby, my belly was very loose and wobbly. It even hurt to sleep on my side because my abs were so loose. I highly recommend this product. The only thing that you should know is that the clasps in the middle are kind of visible under a tight shirt, but I still wore tight shirts and I don't think anybody could tell that I was wearing a girdle.

I recently had a baby and needed a girdle to help me with my back pain and to heal from the c-section. It makes it easier for me to wear some of my pre-pregnancy clothing as it shapes you and holds you in place. I love this product because it is comfortable and does not ride up on your waist. It sits right under your bra giving you a really nice shape. The girdle also has 2 sets of hooks so you can adjust it tighter or looser. I will be ordering more in the different colors available. Thumbs up!!!
