I wear an 8 in normal street clothes and ordered a size large based on other review to size up. The L is very tight. They also seem to run short and have a very short rise. The material soft and they are warm. The biggest problem is with less than 4 hours of wear (sitting at a desk and working) the crotch seem has already pulled apart.
