Okay so I was a big skeptic of this product but I'm so glad I tried it! I'm 5'4 140 lbs and a size 28-29 in jeans to give you a visual and this literally took an inch off my whole stomach & love handles and 2 inches from my waist! My boyfriend was amazed to see how different I looked, I couldn't stopped smiling because I finally felt thin! I'm usually a medium in everything I buy and purchased a small... fits like a glove... I definitely recommend this to everyone :)
