I first got a waist cincher 2 years ago when I gave birth to my twin daughters. It not only helped my belly go down, but it gave tremendous back support and helped me feel like I could walk across the room without everything flopping/falling out. My tummy went down very fast and I received numerous compliments on how fast I lost the weight. I got very used to wearing it. It is comfortable and does not slide around. I live in Arizona and it is hot here! While anything against your skin is hot in Arizona weather, it is still very cool fabric and does not cause me to sweat or slide around. While I have lost all of my weight, I still use the smaller sized cincher on occasion when I'm wearing something that fits snug. You can wear this under a very thin tank top and no one will know. It helps you stand tall which always looks better than slouching. I have recommended this to many people. It really is a great product. I am the type of person to do a lot of research before I purchase an item. I have now had three of these waste cinchers to support me from when I delivered my twins until now (Xlarge, Large, & Small). They have been worth every penny. They wash well and last a long time. I have passed my larger ones onto friends who are pregnant now.
I ordered my cincher when I was pregnant with twins. My baby girls are 4 weeks old now and I am ready to move down to a size medium. It not only pulls in my tummy, it supports my back and makes me stand up straight. The best part is, it does not creep up or down. It stays put! I slept in it for a week and was never uncomfortable. I love it and I'll keep wearing it until I'm in a small!!
