I had the waist cincher for just 2 weeks when the support "bone" broke, shoving nicely up into my ribs, at work no less. Try sitting at a desk while a piece of plastic is trying to puncture the rib cage. Not fun. Returning for something less restrictive that moves with my body, not against it. |

I ordered this item from another website but same brand. This is my second one and I'm very pleased to have this in my possession. It conceals everything, supports my back and suppresses my appetite. |

I love this item. It fits comfortably, it doesn't rise, and it keeps every imperfection in place. WOW! I never though I can see my figure. It's also a plus for me since it helps me eat portions just enough by wearing this items. It's a must have. With god's blessing I plan to order more. |

I have two of the Waist Cinchers that I wear often. So, I end up washing them by hand frequently (weekly) and hanging them to dry. A problem has occurred with both the top and bottom ends curling up, resulting in discomfort. I have had them about 10 months. Other than this problem, I have not had any negative issues with the product. I guess it's time to purchase a new one. |

I selected the waist cincher over the vest because I wanted this for summer and to have to option of wearing with a strapless dress :) So glad that I did. I do plan to purchase the vest for the fall as well. But I can say this added so many bonus points to my figure! I am plus size (16) and it did just what is was supposed to do...I will admit it seemed a bit uncomfortable at first, in the back area, but it's still new and I was hoping it would go away once broken in. This morning I tried to see what it looked like with 2 of the bottom hooks unsnapped and that took away all the uncomfortable feelings! Now it's perfect!!!!!!!! |

I have never worn a waist cincher before. I have a small waist (25 inch) but I'm trying to get a ridiculously small waist (hopefully below 24 inches). When I opened the package, I never thought it would fit. It really does take effort and a good five minutes to close it. I wore it on my bare skin and it was a little painful. I remembered that one of the reviewers recommended wearing a thin tank underneath it, works like a charm. I don't find the product to be comfortable like other reviewers claim but I find it to be effective. Actually, I find it very uncomfortable. I bought the XS and it is super tight. While I'm wearing it my 25 inch waist is reduced to a 23 inch waist. After I take it off, my waist is about 1/2 inch smaller. I just received the product so I don't know how long that effect lasts. However, the hook and eye closure in the front shows through most clothes so I don't think I would wear it to go out. For now, I'm wearing it under loose workout clothes and around the house. I would love to sleep in it but it's still too uncomfortable for now. Bottom line: Not comfortable/slightly painful but very effective. Since I care about effectiveness (I don't believe that something can instantly shrink your waist two inches and still be comfortable) I give the product 5 stars. |

I never write reviews for anything but I am extremely disappointed in my waist cincher and need to voice my opinion. I bought one in Black size Large about 2 years ago and it has been my ABSOLUTE best friend for every occasion.. A couple of months ago one of the edges started to tear and it would irritate my skin so I thought it was about time I get a new one.
Less than 2 weeks ago I purchased and received a new one in Nude XL (packed on a few pounds). As soon as I put it on I noticed a difference in the feeling--I thought it was because I got a bigger size and so I closed it on the second set of hooks. I can tell you now that this is NOTHING like the durability of the one I have from before which is the exact same model. It is very flimsy and today one of the wires have begun coming through onto my back. I swear I would return it if I hadn't already pitched the packaging thinking it was going to be my best friend again. I almost feel like they have changed materials or the amount of them just to make a few dollars...I planned on buying a different style to see if there is a difference in it but who has this kind of money to waste?!
I hope this review helps someone---I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because shipping was prompt.

I recently purchased my squeem and I feel great!!! It's not difficult to put on or to take off. I am able to go to the restroom with out having to think about struggling. I can actually use it every day with confidence that I will be comfortable and able to actually breathe. I am definately going to recommend this to my friends and family. P.S. - For anyone who has a sensativity to the rubber or the clasp, my salesperson told me a tip. Get a thin speghetti strap tank put it on first and then put the squeem on. No skin contact if sesative to the rubber so you can still take advantage of the benefits without the worry of a rash. What I do is if I wear something tight I put a tank top on top of the Squeem, then my blouse, so no one can see the clasp in front. Get this product it's great on smoothing the lumps and comfort!! I'll write back to let you know if it cinches me =) |

The first time I put this on, I thought I'd never actually get into it! It seemed impossible! But it got easier & immediately did a great job of slimming, staying in place, not rolling up or down, etc... BUT, the silver hook & eye closures came in contact with my skin (where the most pressure was!) and I got a rash (I'm allergic to nickel & get a rash from contact with it). If the fabric at the closure were 1/2" longer I could wear this (to extend under the hook & eye), but it's not. I tried wearing it at the smaller set of fasteners, but it was uncomfortable & created a very unsightly bulge between the girdle & my bra. Unfortunately I can't use this at all because of the metal fasteners, which is too bad because it really works. Also, I've been wearing girdles for about 4 years (with & without fasteners) and never had trouble with the metal & my nickel allergy before, so this suprised me. I don't know if it was because the metal was uncoated or because the fabric didn't extend far enough to cover the closure. Would have been a great girdle... |
