I received the waist cincher about three weeks ago. I have been wearing it for about eight hours a day. It is comfortable and does not leave marks on the skin when wearing it for long periods at a time. The metal in the cincher when sitting down does not pinch the skin or dig into the skin. As far as holding you in it does a great job at that and does not bend too much where your bottom part of your stomach is bulging like some of the other brands. It washes nicely and definitely made of good quality material. I would definitely use this line of products again.
