I received my cincher and was skeptical at first. I thought it would not be as comfortable as it was but surprisingly it was unnoticeable. My only advice is you not to wear it with close fitting clothing because you'll look like you had an open stomach surgery. It's very breathable. Overall it's a great buy. I did notice the shape of my body changes quite quickly. I wear it every day for at least 8 hours. I'm very pleased!

This will be my 3rd one and I have seen the magic... lost the pounds and the inches! I had a baby (twins) and will be starting over from the first one!
