The patented Advanced Micro Massage 3D wave knit fabric delivers a gentle massage as the body moves. Coupled with graduated compression, it improves circulation, reduces swelling and decreases scarring. The high-waist legging features an open crotch, soft non-constricting top band and flat seams. The breathable fabric is embedded with silver ions to reduce bacteria and the chance of infection. 18/21 mmHg compression.
