I bought the black & nude colors at a very discounted price. These bras have no padding; not even a very thin padding. So if you have dark nipples they will show through...even through your shirt. I wore it for about an hour around the house. It cut into my slide around the shoulder which was uncomfortable. The bra felt like I was not wearing a bra at all. Like I went bra-less under my shirt & there was way too much movement going on. Not sure how you could wear this as a sports bra w/o a shirt. The fabric is so thin. Since I bought at a discount price its not worth it to send it back. I would lose money if I did. My age is late 30's, bra size 34D (for reference if you're deciding if its right for you).
