I used this as a Post Partum undergarment and it was wonderful. My ppw was 126 lbs and I gained a whopping 60 lbs. I wasn't sure which size to get, so I bought a medium. At first it was a bit uncomfortable and tight, but now 5 weeks postpartum, I am purchasing the small and I haven't even started to exercise. This undergarment really helps support your abs. After I had my baby, my belly was very loose and wobbly. It even hurt to sleep on my side because my abs were so loose. I highly recommend this product. The only thing that you should know is that the clasps in the middle are kind of visible under a tight shirt, but I still wore tight shirts and I don't think anybody could tell that I was wearing a girdle.
