I usually wear my full body shaper everyday. The reason I love it is when I go out in it, the clothes over it are flat without wrinkles. I am 35 and just had a child a year ago. This product works not just because the way it makes you look after your dressed but I have also seen a difference in my waist and thighs. This is after a month and a half of wearing the product, 10 hours a day.
