Shipping & Handling

All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days using US Postal Service or FedEx. During checkout you may choose from various shipping classes and their rates. If you expect to receive your order by a certain date please contact us in order to make sure your purchase is received on time.

We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

  • USPS Economy (estimated transit time: of 5-8 days) - Free
  • USPS Priority Mail or FedEx SmartPost (estimates transit time: of 2-3 days) - $6.95 and up
  • USPS Express Mail/Overnight (estimated transit time: 1 day) - contact us for details

We offer the following shipping methods to Canada*:

  • USPS Economy (transit time may vary) - $7.95
  • USPS Priority Mail (estimates transit time: of 6-9 days) - $13.95 and up
  • USPS Express Mail/Overnight (estimated transit time: 3-5 day) - contact us for details

Refunds & Exchanges

We, at Classic Shapewear, want you to feel confident buying from us, that’s why we offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from our warehouse. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of receipt in the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipped back in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
  • For health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.

We recommend returning these items with tracking as our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange or refund can be processed. We exchange for free. The maximum number of exchanges per order is 2 after which we cannot issue a refund. When using 3rd party discount vouchers the first exchange is free and a subsequent exchange will incur a $6 surcharge per order. Please allow up to 7 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.

Typical processing time for refunds is 7-14 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing less 10% restocking fee (based on original product price). If you choose to exchange your order instead of returning it for a refund we will waive the restocking fee. We are unable to waive restocking fee on previous orders when new orders are placed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit. Returned merchandise that doesn't meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item or receive the wrong item please contact us immediately.

* Please note that for health reasons we are unable to accept the return or exchange of adhesive bras and some (but not all) panties. Final sale items are noted in their own pages. Products marked as 'Clearance' are considered final sale.
** Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
*** Discount coupons or vouchers are not valid on clearance items.



Returning an Item

Before returning an item please make sure your returned item meets the conditions listed above.

You must contact us by email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping the item back to us. To request RMA # please send an email to returns@classicshapewear.com

Credit Card Processing
As an added security measure please note that we do not store your credit card information in our system. At the time you place an order, your credit card information is sent through a secure connection directly to our payment processing gateway. At no point in time do we have access to your credit card number.
