All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days using UPS or US Postal Service. While in checkout you may choose from various shipping classes and their rates. If you expect to receive your order by a certain date please contact us in order to make sure your purchase is received on time.

Refunds & Exchanges
** All orders are shipped from within the United States. International orders may take longer than 1-2 business days to process. All prices are in US dollars.
We, at Classic Shapewear, want you to feel confident buying from us, that’s why we offer a 90-day, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from our warehouse. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 90 days of receipt in the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipped back in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
- For health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.
Although not mandatory, we recommend returning these items with tracking as our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange or refund can be processed. We exchange for free. The maximum number of free exchanges per order is 2, that means we pay to ship the exchanged item(s) to you. Any additional exchange will be billed at a rate of $9.95 per order. Please allow up to 7 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.
Typical processing time for refunds is 3-5 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit. Returned merchandise that doesn't meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item or receive the wrong item please contact us immediately.
Unclaimed packages returned to our warehouse are subject to ten percent restocking fee.
* Please note that for health reasons some of the items sold on our site (mainly adhesive bras and some, but not all, panties) are considered "final sale" which means we are unable to accept them for return or exchange. Final sale items are always noted in their respective pages and you will always be informed when a final sale item is in your shopping bag prior to starting the checkout process. Items in the Clearance category are considered final sale.
Returning an Item
** Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
*** Discount coupons or vouchers are not valid on clearance items.
Before returning an item please make sure your returned item meets the conditions listed above.

Credit Card Processing
As an added security measure please note that we do not store your credit card information in our system. At the time you place an order, your credit card information is sent through a secure connection directly to our payment processing gateway. At no point in time do we have access to your credit card number.
