I am a 5'7" 132 pound woman. I really wanted to try this cincher out for a while before reviewing because I didn't love it at first. This cincher isn't as tight as others I've used and I didn't like that at first. After wearing it for a while I really like it because I wear it at the gym and its way more comfortable than my tighter cincher that I wear during the day. It doesn't leave bruising on my stomach either like my other cincher. The material that it's made from is very sturdy and comfortable. I would definitely use this brand again. I have the X-Small and it fits tight but not super tight and I have a long lean torso so it is hard to find a cincher as tight as I like. At the end of the day I'd definitely recommend to a friend.

This waist cincher does exactly what it says it will but remember that fat has to go some where. I am 5'6" 129 pounds and I'm about 19% body fat. I bought the smallest size and oh boy what a mistake, with the help of 9 year old daughter I got it on (lol and she got a good laugh) and it definitely cinches my waist!
