This waist cincher does exactly what it says it will but remember that fat has to go some where. I am 5'6" 129 pounds and I'm about 19% body fat. I bought the smallest size and oh boy what a mistake, with the help of 9 year old daughter I got it on (lol and she got a good laugh) and it definitely cinches my waist! |

I ordered a large, because I'm 145 pounds and 5'2", however, I couldn't hook it up. I wasn't strong enough, so I ordered one size up - XL or 38. That size fits. Before getting this waist cincher, I had a muffin top and many times when I was bloated, I looked like I was pregnant again. I love the way it feels and how it makes my stomach and hips look smaller! However, since I'm new to shapewear, I never considered the fact that the fat on my back would get pushed up. Now, instead of getting a muffin top above my jeans, this waist cincher is giving me back breasts. I'm going to try to play with this by using the first hooks for the top part and the second hooks for the lower, so that my back fat doesn't get pushed up as much. Ann Chery has a vest, which I think I'll order next, because it deals with back fat. I'm going to give this waist cincher a 4, because it does cinch the waist and does a good job of it! However, I'm not totally happy, because of the back fat issue. |

This is one of the best waist cinchers I've tried. It is tight in all of the right places and doesn't feel like it's going to roll down like most others. I can wear it for hours and it feels amazing. |

I bought my size that I wear in everything including undergarments and this item was way too small. It seems as though it will work well but I couldn't breath. make sure you buy a size bigger than you normally wear. |

I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm glad I ordered the large. I'm 5ft tall and weigh 144 lbs. the large is perfect and I fasten it on the first row of hooks. There's no way I would have been able to get in if I ordered the medium.
You will definitely have good posture and it's not uncomfortable to wear or eat while wearing.
I did find that where my bra fastens in the back at that level I had back fat that got trapped between there and the cincher because I guess that little bit couldn't fit in but I can work with that. In total, I'd say it took about 5 minutes to get it on and hooked. It is firrrrrm control ladies.
I've had 2 c-sections and just don't have a nice midsection so after years of messing with Spanx or other control garments that helped a bit, I decided on this waist cincher and it's great, it's the best move. Without the cincher I'm a 34inch waist (yuck i know) and with cincher it's 32. |

Love this thing. I've had a small for a month and just ordered an XS. First off, I suggest wearing this UPSIDE DOWN, so that the smaller end is on lower belly. Has worked better for me this way. I wear it to do cardio and under baggy clothes out and about, but it is not ideal to wear during movement/workouts that require you to be agile and move your core a lot. It is also very noticeable under tight tops. I am what you would call 'fit' however hold most of fat in midsection and this product has helped give me a more feminine shape. Very happy with it. |

Best waist cincher I have ever used. I started with the large and once I was on the 2nd row of fasteners comfortably for a month, I moved down to the medium. I wear this everyday for about 8-10. Along with my exercise, it has helped me lose inches off my waist and reminds me to pull my abs in when doing my everyday routine. |

I bought this product because it had awesome reviews. I had twins about 19 months ago and it has taken me forever to lose the weight. I gained 60 lbs, I weigh about 120 lbs right now, my goal is to get down to 110 lbs. Also, after being pregnant I realized that I didn't have a small frame anymore and barely had a waist, but with this product (after I got it on) worked so well I had a tiny little waist! ...But it took me like 20 minutes just to get it on. I bought the size 32 which is a small I believe and is for people between 116 and 130 lbs. The product is so tight that I can barely breathe with it or let alone leave it on for hours. So all in all I love the way it makes me look but I wish I got a bigger size! |
