I would buy a size smaller than the size chart says. The upper back is to big and the bottom fit ok. The leg opening was nice and didn't dig into your leg. The open crotch is huge and it made me feel uncomfortable that the line would show under my pants.
I had a tummy tuck and lipo done and the compression garment became too big. I looked around and bought a few compression garments and this is the one I bought again. The only problem I have is the zipper I need my kids to zip while I pull the sides together. Other than that it's wonderful. The open crotch it not huge so it feels like your not exposing yourself and the price is a lot better that some I've purchased.
